Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP-Chef-Continental at Fazlani Nature's Nest Wellness Centre, located in Mawal, Pune. The CDP-Chef-Continental will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes, designing and updating the menu, ensuring kitchen operations adhere to health and safety standards, managing kitchen inventory, and collaborating with the wellness team to create meals aligned with the wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in preparing and presenting continental cuisine
• Menu design and development skills
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards
• Inventory management and procurement skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in wellness or health-focused culinary environments is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
