  • Keyskill: Chat experience; Communication skills
  • Open for Experienced candidates (Banking domain experience is preferred)
  • Graduate or Undergrad open
  • CTC: Upto 3.3 LPA
  • Cab will be provided between 18:30 to 06:30
  • Location: Hyderabad
  • Roles: Non-Voice
  • Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
  • Rotational Shifts and 2 Rotational week offs

  • Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Document interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
