Must process Bachelor Degree
Ready to work in Rotational Shifts & Night Shift
Previously worked in Night Shift.
Excellent Communications Skills (Fluent English Only)
Ability to handle International Clients or website visitors inbound calls, live chats, tickets, email received.
Follow Webbee’s standard communications procedures and guidelines.
Handle Customers complaints, provide appropriate supports and alternatives within the time limits; follow ups to ensure resolutions and escalate the queries to CSM for further follow-ups.
