Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
Statutory and Internal Audits
for corporate clients
Prepare and review
Tax Returns
, handle
Direct and Indirect Taxation
Ensure
regulatory compliance
with Indian financial laws and standards
Execute
Cyber and IS Audits
with relevant tools and frameworks
Lead or support
Project Evaluations, Business Valuations
, and
Due Diligence
for mergers/demergers
Provide
financial consulting
and
project management advisory
Present findings and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA)
qualification is mandatory
1–5 years of experience in:
Statutory Audit
Internal Audit
Taxation
(Direct and Indirect)
Exposure to
Cyber Audits, IS Audits
, and
Valuation
is a strong plus
Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple client assignments independently
