Job Description:

Propacity Proptech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our growing real estate team in Sector 136, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing brokers and channel partners to drive sales for our residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents.
• Onboard new partners and provide necessary training and support.
• Drive sales through channel partner network by promoting current and upcoming projects.
• Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and promotional events to generate leads.
• Monitor and ensure partner performance, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Noida real estate market is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
