Role Overview: As a Sales Manager , you'll be leading the frontlines — connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and closing high-value deals. You don’t need prior experience in real estate, but a sharp sales instinct, strong follow-up discipline, and world-class communication skills are a must. What You’ll Do: Drive revenue growth by converting high-quality leads into successful sales. Build lasting client relationships through trust, transparency, and smart selling. Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to improve lead quality and sales conversion. Stay up-to-date with market trends and real estate developments in Gurugram and beyond. Lead from the front — consistently hit targets and inspire others around you. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in B2C or B2B sales from any industry. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the real estate sector.
