The HR Manager at AICRA will play a critical role in building a high-caliber team capable of driving innovation in robotics, automation, AI, and EdTech sectors. This role will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment lifecycle, strengthening AICRA’s employer brand, and ensuring the organization attracts forward-thinking talent aligned with its mission of transforming India’s tech landscape. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a tech-focused recruitment strategy aligned with AICRA’s organizational growth plans. Source high-quality candidates across domains such as Sales, technology, R&D, marketing, training, event management, and education. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers. Strengthen AICRA’s visibility as an employer of choice among technologists, innovators, educators, and students by closing monitoring and updates on social media. Create engaging recruitment campaigns for digital platforms, highlighting AICRA’s role in shaping future technologies. Set up and maintain structured recruitment processes using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM tools. Continuously improve hiring timelines, candidate quality, and onboarding experience. Liaise with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks for strategic hiring needs. Employee Performance Measurement. MBA in HR or certification in Talent Acquisition (preferred). 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Sales, Technology, EdTech organizations. Experience hiring for Sales, technical and programmatic roles. Strong understanding of the Sales, technology and EdTech landscape. Expertise in using recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) and ATS tools. Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven decision-making and strong organizational abilities. AICRA is looking for a proactive and performance-driven Channel Sales Manager responsible for expanding and managing its network of District Coordinators across India. The candidate will lead initiatives to identify, onboard, train, and monitor partners who will represent AICRA at the district level, promoting its programs, events, and initiatives such as the TechnoXian World Cup , STEM programs , and institution memberships . Key Responsibilities: Channel Development: Identify potential individuals/institutions to be appointed as District Coordinators (DCs) in assigned territories. Execute the onboarding process including eligibility checks, interviews, documentation, and agreement finalization. Promote AICRA’s programs and ensure that DCs align with the council's mission and values. District Coordinator Management: Train and support appointed DCs on AICRA services, business models, revenue streams, and operations. Set monthly/quarterly targets for DCs and provide tools and guidance to achieve them. Monitor activities of DCs, ensuring regular reporting and adherence to organizational standards. Resolve escalations, maintain healthy relationships, and motivate the network for higher productivity. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive channel sales of AICRA services (event registrations, memberships, certifications, etc.) via DCs. Identify revenue opportunities within the districts and build execution plans with respective coordinators. Ensure achievement of channel-wise sales targets and KPIs. Strategy & Expansion: Assist the leadership team in designing outreach and incentive plans for new and existing district coordinators. Conduct market research to assess regional potential and identify gaps in district representation. Represent AICRA at regional events, roadshows, and seminars to promote district-level partnerships. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and partner management capabilities. Proven ability to build and manage multi-layered sales networks. Experience in education, ed-tech, franchise, or institutional sales (preferred). Problem-solving mindset with a target-driven approach. Qualification & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. 3–6 years of experience in channel/franchise/partner management. Prior experience in the education or robotics/technology sector will be an advantage.
