Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to generate consistent sales leads and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to achieve long-term collaboration and growth. Explain project details clearly to channel partners and prospective customers, addressing queries and providing necessary information. Conduct regular site visits with customers and channel partners to showcase the project and drive sales closures. Handle end-to-end sales activities — from initial customer interaction to deal closure and post-sale follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel partner management and direct closures. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and closures using CRM tools or designated reporting systems. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings, documentation, and handovers.
