Channel Manager

The Channel Manager role involves reporting to the Product Manager for the Loan Against Property product in Chennai. You will collaborate closely with the Product & Strategy team to implement key business initiatives and strategies. This includes driving the Direct Business Channel, expanding the Channel Partner Network, increasing disbursement contribution from central team leads, enhancing partnership channel conversions, and managing day-to-day relationships. You will also oversee all associated day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates for this role may have experience in the NBFC industry or banking, although this is not mandatory. If you are a self-starter who enjoys the challenge of establishing a new channel, this opportunity may be suitable for you. Your ability to manage teams and communicate effectively will be essential for success in this role. The position requires you to work in the office five days a week, with occasional travel for work-related purposes.
