Location: Alipurduar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire centre operations
• Coordinate and manage mobilization, training, and placement activities
• Ensure training quality and adherence to project guidelines
• Maintain daily reports, MIS, and centre documentation
• Liaise with stakeholders, employers, and project authorities

Requirements:

• Graduate (Preferred: MBA or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing skill/training centres
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills

2. Mobilizer

Location: Alipurduar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:

• Field visits for candidate mobilization
• Conduct counselling sessions in schools, panchayats, and communities
• Promote awareness about available courses and placement opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Secondary or Graduate
• Fieldwork experience preferred
• Good local network and communication skills

3. Counsellor

Location: Alipurduar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about the course, future opportunities, and placement support
• Maintain student records and feedback
• Coordinate with trainers and centre manager for daily operations

Requirements:

• Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in counselling or student interaction preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
