Responsible for mobilizing deserving unemployed youth for the Youth skill Programs jointly with the remaining Project Staff. Maintenance and monitoring of all records related to mobilization for center and at organization level. Reports to the Centre Coordinator. Create and implement mobilization plans at the center and at organizational level. Provide innovative ideas and methodologies for successful execution of mobilization. Update the MIS data related to Mobilization at organizational level and Update MIS when required. Calling of potential beneficiaries from collected mobilization data at centre and ensuring the same at organizational level. Counselling of beneficiaries coming for admission and enquiry at the centre and ensuring the same at organizational level. Verification of authenticity of collected mobilization data (whether the data collected is fake or relevant) Ensuring at least 1 successful home visit before declaring a candidate as “Drop Out” along with other Project Staff, as suggested by the Centre Coordinator and for those potential beneficiaries who attended demo classes if required. Attend capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff. Participate in the review meetings with Donor. Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Coordinator/senior officials. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the SMART Centre/s. Reports to the MSWS management and TMF. Participate in the capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff. Provide necessary operational support to the remaining Project Staff in the day-to-day operations of the SMART Centre. Responsible for maintenance of all the documents/records as per the SOP/MoU/Annexure and data compilation and reporting to MSWS management & TMF as per the requirement. Orientation & Induction of the Centre Level Project Staff and Students. Update SMART MIS on regular basis. Conduct Performance Review of all the Project Staff and report to MSWS management & Donor. Monitor completion of recommended curriculum and assessments in the classrooms on regular basis. Ensure Quality of training Responsible for upkeep of Assets, training Kit and centre Look. Participate in the review meetings with donor. Assist management in recruitment of supporting staff. Ensure meeting project deadline related to mobilization, enrolments and placements. Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere. Discover training needs and provide coaching. Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Ensure at least 1 home visit of enrolled students. Ensuring at least 1 successful home visit before declaring a candidate as “Drop Out” Ensure at least 1 PTM for each cycle.
