Centre Head - Coimbatore

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a centre head located in Coimbatore. The centre head will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure the delivery of quality services, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include implementing programs, monitoring progress, reporting, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. The centre head will also be responsible for mobilising, training, and placing the learners.

Qualifications

• Should mentor students and guide them appropriately.
• Responsible for meeting training and placement targets.
• Experience in program implementation and monitoring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with community stakeholders and build partnerships
• Resource management and administrative skills
• Experience in the social sector or nonprofit organizations is a plus
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Social Work, Management, or related fields
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
