Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as a CCTV Monitoring Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing live CCTV footage across 11 care centers to ensure discipline, safety, and security. The ideal candidate should be alert, quick to respond, and capable of communicating effectively with the relevant personnel in case of any unusual or suspicious activities. Key Responsibilities: Monitor live CCTV footage across 11 care centers to ensure safety and discipline. Identify and report any suspicious activities or breaches of safety protocols. Quickly connect with the appropriate personnel (e.g., security, management) in case of emergencies or incidents. Maintain logs of all observed incidents and actions taken. Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly; report any technical issues promptly. Collaborate with security and management teams to improve safety and security measures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of CCTV operations (training will be provided). Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure. Excellent communication skills.
