CCTV Auditing trainee

The CCTV Auditing Trainee will be responsible for observing store activities through live CCTV footage to maintain a safe, efficient, and customer-centric environment. The role focuses on ensuring customer delight by monitoring adherence to service standards, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining the store’s operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor interactions between staff and customers to ensure high service standards are maintained.
• Identify and report any incidents that may negatively impact the customer experience.
• Observe store activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Report any irregularities, such as theft, overcrowding, or operational inefficiencies, in real-time.
• Ensure staff compliance with operational and service standards.
• Provide actionable feedback on areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a detailed log of observed incidents and report them to the relevant department.
• Assist in the retrieval of footage for specific investigations when required.

Requirements:

• Any Degree
• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
• Familiarity with CCTV operations (preferred but not mandatory, training will be provided).
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Commitment to ensuring customer delight through proactive monitoring.
• Female candidates preferred
