Job Description

1 years of experience in e-commerce, and quick commerce
Basic understanding of quick-commerce platforms (how listings, promotions, and delivery work).
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Roles & Responsibility

Add global lifestyle, electronics, and kitchen brands to quick-commerce platforms.
Create clear, attractive product listings (images, descriptions, pricing) that match platform guidelines.
Work closely with platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto) to resolve issues, streamline deliveries, and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure our brands meet platform performance standards (e.g., low cancellation rates, fast delivery).
Run promotions, deals, and discounts tailored to quick-commerce customers.
Monitor returns/refunds and improve processes to reduce issues.
Use sales data to spot trends (e.g., bestsellers, slow movers) and suggest improvements.
Help design strategies to grow our presence on quick-commerce platforms over time.

Required Qualification: Graduation/Diploma in any relevant field

Required Experience: 1-3 years
