Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Kochi. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students, developing and managing career development programs, and assisting students with career planning. They will also engage in effective communication with students to understand their needs and provide appropriate advice and resources. Qualifications Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management Proficient in Student Counseling Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field Previous experience as a Career Counselor or in a related role is preferred Show more Show less
