Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bihar, India, for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized career counseling to students, assisting them in career development and management, and guiding them in making informed decisions about their academic and professional future. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, developing individualized career plans, and providing comprehensive support throughout the admission process.

Qualifications

Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development skills
Proficient in Career Management and Development strategies
Excellent Communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field
Experience in educational counseling or academic advising is a plus
