Key Responsibilities: Safely drive company vehicles for transporting staff, guests, or materials as per assigned schedules. Ensure timely pickup and drop as per daily duty chart or special assignments. Maintain the vehicle in clean, good working condition and report any faults or issues immediately. Coordinate with the Admin/HR team for vehicle scheduling and maintenance. Ensure proper documentation of vehicle logs (fuel usage, kilometers driven, maintenance records). Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Assist with minor logistics tasks such as collecting parcels, delivering documents, or supporting admin needs. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behavior at all times. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 10th standard pass or equivalent. Valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) Driving License. Minimum 3-5 years of driving experience in a corporate or industrial environment. Good knowledge of routes within Chennai and nearby regions. Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance preferred. Skills Required: Safe and responsible driving skills. Basic record-keeping ability for vehicle log maintenance. Good communication and coordination skills. Professional conduct and appearance. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Preferred Attributes: Familiar with locations such as customer sites, airports, and industrial zones. Honest, reliable, and well-mannered. Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting will be an advantage.
