Campaign Executive

Job Description

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and event channels. Collaborate with sales teams to understand target audience and project goals. Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop campaign assets (brochures, mailers, social media creatives, videos, etc.). Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Optimize campaigns using performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.). Monitor lead generation funnels and support follow-up strategies with CRM teams. Liaise with media agencies, vendors, and third-party platforms for ad placements. Track competitor campaigns and market trends for insights. Assist in planning and organizing property launch events, roadshows, and expos. Prepare campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing/campaign execution (preferably in real estate or a related industry). Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.). Strong project management and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, CRM tools). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
