What You’ll Do: • Create and manage channel marketing campaigns for ZEE5. • Able to work independently and take initiative on campaign optimizations. • Ensure campaigns are set up and run as per relevant TG laid out by the CLM teams. • Track the campaign efficiency and robust implementations from learnings • Measure, Track, and Improve Customer Lifetime Value • Working Cross-functionally to ensure the end-to-end execution of campaigns. • Monitoring campaign delivery, performance, and margin to ensure all targets are met. • Provide CLM team with optimizations and recommendations by analyzing across key variables. • Carrying out post-campaign analysis to provide insights to share with the marketing team. • Good organizational skills are required to be able to run multiple campaigns. • Reporting on Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis and provide actionable insights. Who You Are: • At least 2-4 years of experience working in Marketing Operations. • Passionate about understanding of Users and the content available on ZEE5 • Basic understanding of CLM / CRM. Bonus points if you have used CleverTap, Mixpanel • Excellent communication skills. • Works well both within a team and individually. • Ability to solve problem and analyze data sets. • Excellent Microsoft excel and analytical skills. • Diligent, problem solver with a can-do attitude. Monitor every stage of development and production to ensure creative quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with budgetary constraints. Maximise production value within allocated budgets without compromising storytelling or delivery standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with top creative talent—writers, directors, producers—and encourage collaborative excellence. Source ready or near-complete content through partnerships, including licensing opportunities or developing co-owned IPs with external studios or creators. Work closely with internal functions including Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Commercial to ensure smooth development, delivery, and launch of each title. Key Skills & Qualifications: 12–18 years of experience in scripted content development and production, ideally in the digital/OTT or broadcast space. Strong script assessment and story development skills. Proven ability to work with and influence senior creators and production teams. Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities. Deep understanding of audience trends and storytelling formats across genres. Strong industry network and experience with both original and licensed content models.
