Greetings from Adeeba E Services Pvt Ltd! We are currently looking for Customer Service Executives / Technical Support Executives to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) in the US Shift. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems efficiently and providing the best solutions to the customers. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to customers. Benefits and Facilities: - Fixed Salary credited on the 1st of every month in the Salary Account. - 24 leaves in a year along with comp offs and birthday leaves. - Lucrative Incentive structure. - Strict adherence to shift timings without any extensions. - Enjoyable and welcoming working environment. Candidate Profile: - Experience in Outbound Tech Support for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year. - Ability to effectively close calls. - Strong persuasion and sales skills. Candidates must be available to join immediately. Salary: Rs. 15,000-25,000/month (fixed) + Generous Incentives.
