Ensure secure connectivity between sites using VPN or leased lines. Maintain and document structured cabling and network architecture. Enforce access control and data usage policies in coordination with HR/Admin as per company IT policy. 2. System & Server Administration Manage local and cloud-hosted environments (e.g., ERP, NAS, Email Servers, CCTV, File Servers). Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services. Define and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies. 3. Cybersecurity & Access Control Implement security protocols, firewalls, endpoint protection, and patch management. Manage user access policies and conduct regular security audits. Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration testing where necessary. 4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Provide Level 1–2 support for networking, system issues, hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Maintain IT asset inventory and help desk documentation. Liaise with third-party vendors for hardware/software support, licensing, and warranties. 5. IT Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
