The Role - Business & Marketing Associate

We're looking for a motivated, independent, and client-focused person to help us grow CodInn by :

-Building and managing our online presence (especially on LinkedIn)

-Finding new clients, especially in the e-commerce space

-Writing clear, persuasive messages and outreach communications (with ChatGPT if needed)

-(Optional) - Supporting the conversation with clients until the deal closes

Required Skills (mandatory)-

Lead Generation -

-experience finding and contacting potential business clients-

-Basic SEO or online visibility - understanding how to make a company visible online-

-B2B Communication - professional, clear messaging to decision-makers-

-Self-discipline - you'll be expected to reach daily targets without reminders-

-Fluent English writing - especially in outreach and profile setup

(Applications that don't show these skills clearly will not be considered)

Bonus Skills (very appreciated)-

Experience in client negotiation or deal closing-

Familiarity with CRM tools or Google Sheets-

Experience in email marketing, sales copywriting or inbound B2B lead nurturing-

Ability to manage a full sales conversation from start to close

(Candidates with these bonus skills will be strongly prioritized)

Compensation - Fully Performance-Based

This is a freelance role with no fixed salary - you earn based on the value you generate.

- Guaranteed minimum for consistent contributors: 450/month

- Most motivated collaborators exceed 1000/month

- Payments are made immediately after client confirmation and payment

- No earning limit - your results define your income
