We’re Hiring: Business Head – Project Business (Engineering & Construction) Location: Noida, India CTC: ₹20–25 LPA Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role We are looking for a strategic and growth-driven Business Head to lead the Project Business vertical within the Engineering & Construction domain. This is a high-impact leadership role with complete ownership of P&L, business development, and project delivery . The focus will be on infrastructure development in areas like Retail Fuel Stations (Gasoline, CNG, LCNG, LNG), EV Charging Stations, Industrial EPC Projects, and Public Infrastructure . Key Responsibilities: Drive growth strategies in sectors like CBG, LNG, Retail Outlets, and EPC Own and manage full P&L – revenue, margin, EBITDA & cash flow Lead business development, bidding strategy, and high-value proposals Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle – from planning to delivery Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams Engage with key clients, consultants, and government bodies Requirements: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or related field (mandatory) MBA (Finance/Operations/Strategy) preferred 12–15+ years of experience with 5+ years in a P&L leadership role Strong understanding of EPC/turnkey projects & financials Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Microsoft Projects, Lean/Agile tools Knowledge of BOCW and relevant industry regulations Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills What’s on Offer: Competitive CTC: ₹20–25 LPA Leadership role with full business accountability Career growth in a high-impact sector Opportunities to lead critical infrastructure and energy projects A collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
