Business Development Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in US and international markets . Develop and implement targeted sales strategies based on client needs and market conditions. Actively manage the complete sales lifecycle – from lead generation, proposal creation, to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to align sales activities with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Track and analyze performance metrics and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. Drive target-based sales to achieve both monthly (USD 30K–50K) and annual (USD 300K–600K) revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in international (US & overseas) IT services sales . Strong exposure to US Healthcare IT sales is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of international business development practices and trends. Demonstrated success in working with target-driven sales environments . Expertise in sales planning, market analysis, and forecasting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales pipelines effectively.
