Business Development Specialist - Female

Salary Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 25000/- minimum 0 to 1 years of experience needed,

• Develop comprehensive business plans in collaboration with assigned accounts.
• Design and implement strategic development strategies and plans.
• Assist in executing approved business strategies and plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of newly implemented strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the business development team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth market and business analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze current products and services and benchmark them against competitors.
• Recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage business operations related to deals and partnerships.
• Oversee the execution and compliance of various business contracts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports and insights for senior management.
