Business Development Professionals

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a robust and sustainable sales strategy. Your responsibilities include building market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals with clients. You will clarify goals, reach agreements while maintaining the interests of all parties, proactively develop and improve products and services, and have the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues. Understanding clients" needs, building and maintaining excellent relationships with colleagues and clients, and locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners are also key aspects of the role. Additionally, you should screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations are essential tasks. You will also be responsible for protecting the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality and updating job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications. To be successful in this role, we require 3-10 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive, good verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, solid business-related knowledge, a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques, self-motivation with a result-driven approach, good knowledge and experience working on MS Office, and hands-on experience with CRM software is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline), while an MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.,
