Role Summary:

Business Development Manager (US Staffing)

What You’ll Do:

• New Client Acquisition:

  Sell staffing services to mid-market, GCCs, and funded startups in the US.

• Lead Gen & Outreach:

  Run targeted outreach via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and staffing networks.

• Relationship Building:

  Build rapport with TA Heads, MSPs, and Procurement Heads.

• Market Knowledge:

  Identify where the demand is, tap into new markets, and stay ahead of trends.

• End-to-End Ownership:

  From first touch to contract closure—manage the entire BD lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-5 years of Business Development experience in US staffing

• Solid understanding of

  VMS/MSP, direct clients, consulting models

• Knows

  where to hunt and how to pitch

  —LinkedIn, cold calls, events, referrals

• Hustler mindset:

  Target-driven, resilient, and resourceful
• Excellent

  negotiation and relationship management skills
