Job Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Post: Business Development Manager - Mandate Salary Offered: Up To ₹70,000 per month Qualification: Graduate in any field Experience: 5+ years Working Time: 10 :00 AM -07:00 PM Week Off between – Monday to Friday Roles & Responsibilities • Regularly meet and build relationships with brokers, developers, societies, and institutions. • Source and evaluate fresh proposals for residential or commercial redevelopment projects. • Identify and work on stuck or inactive proposals, with the aim of reviving and converting them. • Carry out field sales activities to tap into new micro-markets and regions. • Maintain and update a strong pipeline of potential leads and business opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-up strategies. • Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities. Skills • Strong network across brokers, developers, societies, and institutions in Mumbai. • Good understanding of redevelopment and real estate market dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results. • Ability to work independently and on the field.
