Business Development Manager (Lead Generation & Sales)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven expertise in lead generation, outbound sales, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and email outreach tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through LinkedIn outbound, Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io.
• Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to target potential clients.
• Manage and grow our profiles on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and other freelance marketplaces.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to convert leads into long-term customers.
• Work closely with internal teams to create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, track KPIs, and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
• Proven success in LinkedIn outbound sales and email outreach.
• Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Upwork, and PeoplePerHour.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline tracking is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of the digital marketing, web development, or IT services industry.
• Experience with other lead generation tools and databases is a plus.
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
