Role Summary:

Business Development Manager (IT Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various B2B platforms, networking, and digital channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and align them with Senwell’s IT service offerings.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present to senior management.
Explore international markets and participate in RFP/RFQ responses.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
4–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT industry
Strong knowledge of web and mobile technologies (Angular, React, Node.js, .NET, etc.)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver growth
Strong client-handling and negotiation capabilities
Ability to work independently and lead strategic initiatives
