Job Description

As a qualified candidate for this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. Your primary focus will be to develop customized pitches and proposals that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients is crucial, as well as ensuring a strong sales pipeline. Collaboration with technical and project teams is essential to deliver client-focused solutions effectively. Your role will involve leading negotiations and closing business deals to achieve revenue goals. Additionally, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings will be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You must have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition. Strong negotiation and closing skills, along with a customer-first mindset, are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are required, as well as the capability to manage multiple clients and meet aggressive sales targets. Experience in IT/software services is considered a plus. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
