We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Personnel to join our modular solutions division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by understanding clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach prospective customers through walk-ins, calls, referrals, and field visits.
Understand client requirements and preferences to offer suitable modular kitchen solutions.
Conduct site visits to measure kitchen space and coordinate with design and technical teams.
Must have a strong network of Architects, Builders , Interior designers.
Explain design concepts, product benefits, finishes, and layout to clients.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain records using CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of modular kitchen materials, layouts, and fittings (e.g., Hettich, Hafele)
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Must have their own vehicle.
