About the Internship This is a hands-on role for someone eager to understand how business development works in the energy and climate tech ecosystem. You ll work closely with the leadership team on research, lead generation, and strategy - with real ownership of projects from day one. What You ll Be Doing Conduct research across the energy, power, and sustainability sectors to support business decisions Identify potential leads, assist in outreach, and support client engagement strategies Create and manage presentations, pitch decks, and reports for internal and external stakeholders Work on CRM systems and analytical tools to track outreach and campaign performance Support marketing initiatives, client proposals, and GTM strategies Who We re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in: Energy, Sustainability, or related fields (UPES, TERI preferred) MBA with specialization in Marketing, Energy, or Environment Strong research and analytical skills Good communication and presentation abilities Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) Interest in the intersection of business, energy, and climate action What You ll Gain First-hand experience in a fast-growing climate tech company Exposure to B2B client work with large corporates in the energy and infrastructure space Guided mentorship and cross-functional learning opportunities A potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) A chance to work on live projects that go into real-world execution Ready to take the first step in your sustainability career?
