About the Role We re looking for a Frontend Engineer (React.js) who can build high-quality, scalable, and beautiful user interfaces. You ll be working closely with our design, product, and backend teams to deliver engaging frontend experiences across our sustainability platform. You should be confident with component-based design, state management, and frontend performance optimization. Whether you re frontend-heavy or full-stack curious, you ll play a key role in shaping how users interact with our climate solutions. What You ll Be Doing Frontend Development Build responsive, pixel-perfect web applications using React.js , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3 Implement complex UI/UX designs and optimize components for performance and accessibility Apply best practices in design systems, modular code structure, and maintainability Work with Material UI , Tailwind CSS , or similar component libraries Collaboration & Integration Integrate RESTful APIs in close coordination with backend developers Work with product managers and designers to bring user-focused features to life Participate in design reviews, code walkthroughs, and performance audits Contribute to shared components and internal frontend libraries Deployment & Best Practices Write clean, reusable, and testable code Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive performance across devices Use testing tools like Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress Stay updated with the latest in React, frontend tooling, and performance optimization strategies Follow modern security and accessibility standards (a11y, OWASP best practices) Who We re Looking For You re a UI enthusiast who loves clean code and clean design. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments, care about user experience, and are constantly exploring better ways to do things.
