About the Internship This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker who s excited about using design to support climate action. You ll work closely with our marketing and business teams to bring ideas to life through engaging visual content. From social media to client decks - your designs will help communicate complex ideas in a clear and compelling way. What You ll Be Doing Design graphics for social media, presentations, and digital campaigns Support the creation of pitch decks, reports, and client-facing materials Collaborate with the team to turn concepts into scroll-stopping visuals Ensure visual consistency across platforms and collateral Learn and work with tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Contribute to brand development and visual storytelling strategies Who We re Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in: Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, or related fields A strong eye for layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchy Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Bonus: Familiarity with motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, Lottie) Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro) Basic understanding of UI/UX or Figma is a plus What You ll Gain First-hand experience in a fast-growing climate tech company Real design projects that go out into the world - not just the archives Mentorship and feedback from marketing, design, and leadership teams A platform to build a strong creative portfolio A potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) A chance to help drive meaningful change through design Ready to bring climate impact to life through design?
