The platform also offers insights on customer visits, spending habits, and top-selling items, so merchants can tailor promotions and grow smartly—no marketing experts required.

What You’ll Do

· Identify and onboard local merchants (cafes, fashion stores, salons, etc.) onto the Fydo platform.

· Pitch Fydo's value proposition via calls, emails, and meetings (remote or on-ground leads).

· Provide app demos, assist in listing offers, and handle merchant queries.

· Track outreach, conversions, and share weekly performance reports.

· Work closely with the sales & growth team to iterate outreach strategies.

· Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and basic CRMs

· Fluency in Hindi or any regional language is a bonus
