Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients and partners in the Building material sector, focusing on Interior Projects/Architects & ID data.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Generate inquiries through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Arrange personal meetings with key decision-makers to discuss business opportunities.
Discuss company products to prospective clients, emphasizing key features and benefits.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to secure deals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and agreements using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and market trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience
Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation and persuasion abilities

Technical Skills required:
