Job Title: Business Development Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Saturday Half Day)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves a combination of fieldwork and office-based activities to support sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients and institutions to promote our educational programs
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Meet daily/weekly visit targets for client engagement
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Prepare reports and provide updates to the management regularly
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Preference for candidates with 1+ year of experience in field sales or marketing
