The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about education and career development, and capable of handling the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to final enrollment. Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates should have a proven track record of closing deals and meeting targets. Responsibilities Guide prospective students and parents about course offerings, career outcomes, certifications, and institute benefits. Understand candidates’ backgrounds and suggest appropriate courses or training programs. Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert interest into confirmed admissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, lead status, and conversions.
