Business Development Executive - Female Only

Key Responsibilities: Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking . Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and schedule appointments for sales presentations. Conduct sales presentations and product demos to potential clients. Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and convert them into customers. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, call logs, and follow-up activities. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve conversion rates. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment fixing in IT sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close deals . Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation platforms. Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach. Preferred: Prior experience in IT sales, software solutions, or digital services. Candidates from Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
