Overview
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, closing deals, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers, resellers, and institutional buyers. Your goal is to expand presence in B2B markets—online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach Research and identify new customer segments (resellers, distributors, retailers,
design studios, and manufacturers) Reach out via cold calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email Qualify leads and maintain a structured CRM pipeline Sales & deep product knowledge and consultative selling Handle objections,
negotiate pricing (within approved bands), and close deals Follow up with leads and ensure timely order conversions Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with recurring clients,
institutional buyers, and channel partners Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with marketing and product teams Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and usage
New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Effective Business Communication Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
Education: Graduation in any stream
Mindset for B2B Fashion world, Beauty& skin care Salon, Spa, etc.
