Job Description

We are seeking a sharp and proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and qualification efforts in the Indian market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage high-quality leads, conduct discovery calls, and hand over qualified prospects to the internal sales team for further development. We are looking for individuals with a solid track record in selling IT servicesparticularly in the areas of custom software development, web and mobile app development, AI solutions, and digital transformation. This role requires availability during regular Indian business hours to maximize engagement with domestic clients. Responsibilities - Identify and engage prospective clients in the Indian market through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networking. - Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and assess lead quality based on predefined criteria. - Schedule and hand off qualified leads to the Unico business team for follow-up and closure. - Research target industries and companies to tailor outreach strategies for higher conversion. - Maintain up-to-date lead activity records in the CRM system. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting strategies for the domestic market. - Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for lead volume and quality. Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, preferably within Indian software development agencies. - Demonstrated success in qualifying leads and contributing to sales pipelines up to 4 Cr + INR annually for domestic sales. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with Indian business professionals. - Strong understanding of IT services and the Indian business ecosystem. - Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools. - Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
