Responsibilities - Identify and engage prospective clients in the Indian market through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networking. - Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and assess lead quality based on predefined criteria. - Schedule and hand off qualified leads to the Unico business team for follow-up and closure. - Research target industries and companies to tailor outreach strategies for higher conversion. - Maintain up-to-date lead activity records in the CRM system. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting strategies for the domestic market. - Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for lead volume and quality. Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, preferably within Indian software development agencies. - Demonstrated success in qualifying leads and contributing to sales pipelines up to 4 Cr + INR annually for domestic sales. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with Indian business professionals. - Strong understanding of IT services and the Indian business ecosystem. - Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools. - Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
