Roles and Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality IT services and solutions to meet client needs. Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, service sales, or IT sales. Bachelor's degree in any specialization (BCA/B.Sc). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends.
