As a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Kozhikode, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Your primary goal will be to provide complete and appropriate solutions to customers, thereby boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and expertise. You will be expected to generate leads using various methods such as cold calling, emails, social media, and field visits. Understanding customer needs, offering solutions, maintaining client relationships, and closing business deals will be essential aspects of your role. In addition, you will need to follow up on leads, conduct research to identify potential prospects, maintain records of sales activities, and collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
