Bhatia Graphica, a premier trade shop specializing in flexo, letterpress, and dry offset printing plates, is looking for a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to help us expand our client base and fuel the next stage of our growth.
• Develop strong relationships with clients across FMCG, pharma, personal care, and packaging industries — primarily converters, label printers, and flexible packaging printers.
• Promote our precision-engineered plates.
• Coordinate with internal production and prepress teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Generate new business, attend exhibitions, and track market trends.
• Take ownership of sales targets and pipeline management.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.
• 3+ years in B2B sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or prepress).
• Strong technical understanding of printing workflows and packaging requirements.
• Confident communicator with consultative sales skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and follow through with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and business communication.
