Think Tank ConReal is a creative branding and advertising agency based in Vadodara - Gujarat , We provide a wide range of branding services, including Product Packaging designing, Social Media, Commercial ads, Product shoots, websites.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the agency’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in the digital marketing or related industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Market knowledge.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Time management and planning skills.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Under Graduate.
• Understanding of print, digital, display, video advertising, etc.
• Great communication & presentation skills.
• Experience in handling clients is an added plus.
• Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and strategic thinker.
