Post : Business Development Executive

Location : Noida sec 32

Experience : 2 Years

Qualification : Graduate or above

Shift Timings : 9:30am to 6:30pm

Salary : 35k to 40k

Gender Preference : Both

Industry : Outsourcing and consulting

Skills :

  • Excellent English Communication (Written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRM software.
  • Good Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll automation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate high-quality leads Through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and digital platforms.
  • Identify and qualify prospects for HRMS and Payroll services.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads in CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for demos and meetings.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors in HRTech and payroll.
  • B2B sales exposure or appointment setting background
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
