Student Counsellor Roles and Responsibility Handling Enquiry calls/walk-in and talk to the parents and children regarding the courses and convert them to registrations. Schedule and manage classroom sessions on time Manage the general office operations Market the course to the walk-in customer and bring them on board Periodic Calls for Feedback and Enquiries Good Convincing/Marketing Skills Handle customer queries and feedback periodically Maintaining good relationship with the students and parents Any degree/diploma Good communication skill in English is must Candidates with (1-5)year of Experience in Sales and Marketing is necessary Work Timings - Wednesday-Friday(10:00am to 7:00pm) Saturday-Sunday(9:00am to 7:00pm) Monday(10:00am to 1:30pm) Tuesday-Off Incentives will be given post-probation period(3 months) based on performance.
